Systanet has acquired the IPR of a software platform used in the recruitment industry as part of a wider-ranging deal to help three related businesses survive the global economic downturn.  Under the deal, Systanet takes and retains the IPR to the software that forms the backbone of three recruitment sites.  The software is licenced back to the businesses to allow continued trading but moving costs from CAPEX to OPEX.

Systanet will develop the IPR to offer a powerful Software-as-a-Service offering to the recruitment sector – allowing specialist recruitment agencies to have a powerful online presence with virtually zero capital expenditure.

Systanet is pleased to announce a business partnership with Interchange FX, leaders in foreign exchange services, to improve the range of services provided to corporations involved in foreign currencies. Systanet adds value through it’s corporate connections and it’s work in management consulting for business. Interchange’s offering greatly reduce the costs of converting between currencies whilst increasing the level of service and efficiency in moving money securely and quickly.

Systanet has entered a partnering arrangement with Shipley Limited one of the world leading companies in sales performance enhancement.  Shipley help companies win better business through a comprehensive toolkit of world-renown bid-related training, process development, benchmarking and proposal consultancy services.

Systanet has partnered with Shipley to provide the additional sales resource responding to thie greater demand for better bidding.  With very similar solutions-driven cultures delivering services to the major blue-chip companies (often bidding complex solutions themselves) the partnership naturally complements both businesses.

Systanet has been awarded planning permission for new offices within the grounds of its existing location at Faulkland. These offices will provide a better environment for our team of developers and provide better facilities for client meetings.

We intend to have the works started in the New Year and have the new office opened in early April 2009.

Systanet today launched its dedicated web systems business, Systanet Websystems. This arm of the Systanet is wholly focussed on the provision of design, development, hosting, ecommerce and management of web-based systems for all sizes of business.

Systanet has today launched The Hire Hub, the world’s first online rental marketplace.  The Hire Hub, a venture privately funded by Systanet, provides a unique platform for consumer to consumer and business to consumer rental across all vertical sectors.   Systanet has developed the application both as a technology demonstrator and a proof-of-concept of the marketing model.

Systanet today begain a significant national railway consultative project on the use of technology in trackside design processes.  The project is part of a massive efficiency drive to reduce the cost of design and development of tracside signalling equipment.  Systanet’s role is to investigate and report on the potential for deployment of recent advances in portable technology.
